The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from both the train station and the city center, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and come with a small kitchenette, which is a great bonus for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast at the adjacent hotel, providing a great start to the day.

One small improvement could be made in terms of the bedding provided in the rooms.

Personnel was very friendly, but did not speak English well. With some improvisation communication worked out well. We had a room with a fridge, which was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated in a busy area, but there was no noise coming in from outside. There is a parking garage underneath the hotel which is great in Stuttgart as parking sometimes is a problem. All in all, a comfortable place to be.

Elevator does not go up to the top floor. It does go down to the basement.

The location was perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well equipped with parking available. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It is like a dormitory not a hotel...

Location, easy and quick links into city. Restaurants, bars and shops in immediate vicinity. Rooms were basic but adequate and clean for a short stay. Staff were welcoming and polite.

Reception is separate from accommodation entrance. Accommodation entrance cold and unwelcoming. No other facilities and other than reception which also contained the breakfast area there are no other hotel common spaces/lounge and no Bar.

The room we got during our New Year's trip was huge and comfortable. We appreciated the wifi coverage in all areas of the hotel, and the fact the hotel is near public transport which made getting around very easy. On top of that, the breakfast was not only tasty but also had a lot of variety, which was much appreciated.

Although we enjoyed our stay, it would have been nice to have a coffee machine or kettle in the room, and the TV channels were limited. the noise level outside was quite high, especially on New Year's Eve, which made sleeping difficult.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing maps and tips for nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a fridge/freezer for convenience. Despite being located near a night club, the rooms are surprisingly quiet without the need for earplugs. The hotel pays attention to detail, offering complimentary water and replacing tissues before they run out. The breakfast is also good, with a variety of options.

No improvement needed, everything was fine.

It's less than 3 minutes from Bad Canstatt railway station, across the street from a shopping mall and Lidl and Kaufland. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. Mercedes Museum is 10 minutes walk, Porsche Musem is 15 minutes by subway, the Wilhelma zoo is 10 minutes by bus.

Fantastic location, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like Neckar Park, Mercedes Benz Arena. Helpful and friendly hotel reception staff who spoke excellent English. Easy access to train and tram stations, making it convenient to explore the city. Spacious and well-equipped room, including a kitchenette and a DeLonghi coffee machine. Good water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower. Shopping mall right in front of the hotel. Nice places to walk around in the local area. Affordable and good value for money.

Excellent hotel; not much to look at from the outside, but the room was immacculate!!!!!! Afforable, and centrally located with public transportation just across the street!!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing, place was perfect!

they are correct but not guest oriented and not taking care of changing circumstances. I needed to pay the whole amount for parking even just for a stay of 3,5 hours....
